Where it all began…

 

Brigitte grew up spending many fond summers on the spectacular beaches of Portugal. She wondered how the beautiful women of Portugal had such glowing tans, while applying sunscreen and wearing proper sun protection. This is when the experimenting with almost every self tanning product you could imagine began. Brigitte's experimenting brought her to the discovery of organic airbrush tanning.

 

The disclaimers of organic tanning solutions, creating a natural looking result without the unnecessary harsh ingredients and profound smells found in traditional self tanners, seemed too good to be true. She decided to try it out for herself, by booking a quick trip to Southern California for her first organic spray tan in Santa Monica. She instantly knew that this was exactly what Marin County was missing. The Glow Bar opened its doors in the Fall of 2012. It is the organic spray tan & skincare boutique that Marin County had been waiting for.

Brigitte is the lead spray tan artist and a licensed esthetician. She personally trained multiple fantastic artists to join her wonderful team. Jill and Alexandra are the exceptionally talented airbrush artists at The Glow Bar today.

 

Manuelle's facials are a little haven for relaxation and rejuvenation. Paired with her extensive international training from European experts and industry leaders, her results speak for themselves. She specializes in customized facial treatments for all skin types, striving for optimal results and maximum client comfort.
