Your appointment has been reserved especially for you, so please try your best to be on time!
We require a credit card in order to reserve all appointments, but you will not be charged in advance. If for any reason, you need to cancel, please do so within 24 hours or more of your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel your appointment with less than a 24 hour notice, or do not show up or reschedule, please be aware that you will be charged the full price of your missed service(s).
All cancellations must be made through our online booking service or confirmed by texting your Artist or Esthetician directly.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to provide you with the service that you have scheduled, and a cancellation fee may be applied. We will always do our best to accommodate you, but excellent quality services cannot be rushed.
