Cancellation Policy
If for any reason, you need to cancel, please do so within 24 hours or more of your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel your appointment with less than a 24 hour notice or do not show up, please be aware that you will be charged the full price of your missed service(s). All cancellations must be made using our online booking service or by texting your artist or Aesthetician directly.
Product Sales
All product sales are final. No returns or exchanges. For any product questions, reach out for tips and tricks from our team.
